BEAM Society Limited (BSL) is a non-profit, scheduled public body dedicated to the decarbonisation of the built environment. As such, BSL is the owner of BEAM Plus, the prevalent green building standard in HK.
This is a commissioned job for the BSL Office Renovation. The proposal is done in the course SD4001 Cooperative Project. The client purchased the proposal and the copyright of the whole design package and commissioned an extra job for a new set of presentation models that consists of three floors in total. Therefore, a refined version is produced for the client.
The whole proposal also includes a website, UI/UX, product design, and a rebranding package aimed at promoting green building standards.
