W:\Users\Leo>“About”
Leo is a designer guided by curiosity and intuition.
His interests are polarized. He specializes in hand drawing and crafting while being deeply fascinated by (almost any kind of) machines, systems, and [space settlements].
Raised in Hong Kong—a city infused with diverse cultures—he developed a lasting curiosity about the interplay and transformation between culture, the built environment, and different forms of representation.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Previously, he studied at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, School of Design, graduating in 2024, and studied at the Art Academy of Latvia in the winter of 2022 as an exchange student. [Resume]
Leo does not talk much but is always open to conversation. [leolui@mit.edu] / [l.luiii@outlook.com] / [@l.luiii]
About this site:
This site presents a collection of projects across multiple scale levels and topics. It reflects personal interests, thinking, skills, and social awareness. The selected works are developed and presented in various media and the translation between formats. It also includes reflective writings on topics intended to be explored.
The aesthetic and the structure of the site are inspired by the Microsoft Windows Command Prompt “directory,” which you can view, navigate, and access your files.(Similar to Terminal in MacOS)
Command Prompt is a Command-Line Interpreter (CLI) that allows users to interact with a system by typing specific commands. This site currently operates as a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for higher usability and accessibility. The CLI version for this site is in development and will be launched soon and work simultaneously with the GUI.
